What We Do

Inzima will protect the copyrights of its members at the level of usage regulation through usage licenses, rights enforcement and representation in court in infringement claims.

Inzima promotes literary, visual, and musical works, along with performances and recordings, using unique methods that connect creators directly with the public and media, all from the comfort of home and without the traditional costs of physical promotion.

The Independent Neighboring Rights Agency (I.M.U.), founded by Yokhai Khai, represents record producers, performers, and songwriters. It enforces master's rights, issues commercial use rights, and manages royalty collection and distribution.

Inzima connects artists across various disciplines to collaborate on mutually complementary projects. It manages members' copyrights globally through partnerships with foreign publishing companies for rights protection.

  • What is a music publishing company?
A music publishing company is an entity that handles the rights and promotion of musical compositions. It plays a crucial role in the music industry by managing the use and distribution of songs written by composers and songwriters. Here are some of the key functions and responsibilities of a music publishing company: Copyright Administration: The company manages the copyrights for the musical works, ensuring that all the legalities regarding the ownership and usage of the songs are properly handled. This includes registering the works with copyright offices and tracking their use. Licensing: Music publishers license compositions for various uses, such as recordings, performances, movies, television, advertisements, and digital platforms. They negotiate and grant licenses, making sure that the songs are legally used and that the terms are favorable for the songwriters. Royalty Collection: They collect royalties on behalf of the songwriters from various sources. This includes performance royalties (for live performances and radio play), mechanical royalties (from physical sales and digital downloads/streams), and synchronization royalties (for use in visual media). Promotion and Marketing: Publishers actively promote the songs they represent to potential users, including artists, producers, film and TV executives, and advertising agencies. They help place songs in films, commercials, TV shows, and other media. Songwriter Support and Development: Many music publishing companies also focus on nurturing and developing songwriters. They provide resources, opportunities, and sometimes financial advances to help songwriters create new music. They may arrange collaborations and co-writing sessions with other artists and songwriters. Legal and Business Affairs: They handle the legal aspects of music publishing, including negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with music laws and regulations. By performing these functions, music publishing companies ensure that songwriters and composers receive appropriate compensation for their work and that their music reaches a wide audience.
  • What can we expect?
The purpose of "Inzima" is to become an effective factor in the development of the artist and his work. Inzima focuses on identifying the artistic potential of the artist, developing the creative directions and artistic line of the creator and supporting him and his work. Inzima creates connections between creators and works with the aim of finally publishing the works by connecting them with musical performers and producers and/or record companies. From this moment, Inzima becomes the rights management company for these works anywhere in the world.
